The centrifuge separator is widely used in a variety of biological processes from cell harvesting 

and clarifying to separations of chemicals, foods, blood and pharmaceuticals. High performance 

is consistently achieved in continuous, semi-continuous or batch operations. 

Built in a range of sizes, it provides an efficient, cost-effective technology for research through 

production applications. It efficiently separate from one to several thousand liters of biological 

cultures and other mixtures. 

GQ Tubular Bowl clarification Centrifuge is mainly used for liquid-solid separation. It is a high-speed centrifuge with strong separating capacity. The bowl of the centrifuge rotates around its axis and forms a strong centrifugal force, the centrifugal force separates suspension into liquid and solid.

 

The suspension is fed through the bottom of the machine and is introduced into the bowl which has one outlet at the top. The clarified liquid is removed from the top outlet and leaving the solids deposit on the bowl's wall. The accumulated solids are recovered manually from the bowl when the centrifuge is shut down.

The parts contact with the material is made of stainless. The machine body can be stainless or iron casted with painting according to the material to be separated or the requirement of the customer.

Throughput capacity: 100L/h - 3000L/h.
